     Sarah Hall Spedding was born on 28 October 1848 at Dewsbury.¹ She was the daughter of Michael Spedding and Emma Hall. Sarah Hall Spedding was baptized on 18 February 1849 at Batley on the same day as her uncle John, son of Michael and Hannah Spedding.¹
In the census of 30 March 1851 she was listed as the daughter of Michael Spedding at Providence Street, Batley.²
In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar aged 12 the daughter of Michael Spedding at Crackenedge Park St, Dewsbury.³

     John Spurr was born in 1825. He was the son of John Spurr and Rachel Smith. John Spurr was baptized on 18 September 1825 at Batley.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as a woollen lab the son of John Spurr at Clerk Green, Batley.²

     Mark Stubley was born in 1828. He was the son of George Stubley and Hannah Lister. Mark Stubley was baptized on 18 January 1829 at Batley.¹

     Hannah Talbot was born on 4 April 1787. She was the daughter of James Talbot and Mary Sunderland. Hannah Talbot was baptized on 6 May 1787 at Batley.¹

     Matthew Ineson was born circa 1799 at Batley.

      Jennet Stubley was also known as Janet Stubley. She was born in 1849 at Batley. She was the daughter of John Stubley and Mary Redfearn. Jennet Stubley was baptized on 10 March 1850 at Batley.¹

In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a rag sorter aged 12 the daughter of Mary Burnley at Up Lane, Batley.³
Jennet Stubley married Charles Crossley in 1869.
Jennet Crossley died on 18 April 1905; aged 56.

     Mary E Keighley was born circa 1845 at Batley. She was the daughter of Robert Dex Keighley and Hannah Clapham. In the census of 30 March 1851 she was listed as aged 5 the daughter of Robert Dex Keighley at Havercroft, Batley.¹

     John Clapham Keighley was born on 25 February 1847 at Batley.¹ He was the son of Robert Dex Keighley and Hannah Clapham. John Clapham Keighley was baptized on 14 June 1847 at Batley.¹

     Thomas Crowther Clapham was born between 1820 and 1821. He was the son of John Clapham and Hannah Crowther. Thomas Crowther Clapham was baptized on 7 January 1821 at Batley.¹

     Harry Jubb Stocker was born circa 1863. He was the son of George Luff Stocker and Helen Sheard. He was listed in the census of 3 April 1881 at Branch House, Bradford Rd., Batley, staying with his great-uncle Joseph Jubb; as a Woollen Manufacturer,
now with his Stocker great nephews and nieces staying.¹ Harry Jubb Stocker married Mary Preston, daughter of Ann Wilson, in 1883.²

     Elizabeth Gertrude Stocker was born in 1864.¹ She was the daughter of George Luff Stocker and Helen Sheard. She was listed as niece of Joseph Jubb in the census of 2 April 1871 at Branch House, Bradford Road, Batley, Woollen manufacturer employing 200 hands and keeping one domestic servant. He now has another niece, Elizabeth G Sheard, aged 7,(b London, Sussex) living with him, probably actually Elizabeth G Stocker.² She was listed in the census of 3 April 1881 at Branch House, Bradford Rd., Batley, Branch House, Bradford Rd., Batley staying with her great-uncle Joseph Jubb; as a Woollen Manufacturer,
now with his Stocker great nephews and nieces staying.³

He was listed in the census of 3 April 1881 at Branch House, Bradford Rd., Batley, staying with his great-uncle Joseph Jubb.²

     Joseph Senior was born on 9 August 1811 at Batley.¹ He was the son of John Senior and Eleanor Bain. Joseph Senior was baptized on 18 September 1811 at Batley.¹
He married Elizabeth Colbeck, daughter of Samuel Colbeck and Hannah Durrans, on 30 August 1830 at Batley on the same day as her cousin Ann married James Sheard. Witnesses were the same for both marriages, Thos Wilby and Will Mayman.¹

     Richard Greenwood was born on 26 April 1811 at Batley.¹ He was the son of Christopher Richard Greenwood and Susanna Blakeley. Richard Greenwood was baptized on 21 July 1811 at Batley.¹
